Product Owner
Your Role:

We are looking for seasoned Frontend developers with 1 to 3years of experience to join our team at the earliest. In this role, you will be entrusted with developing Web applications using React.js.

You can apply to this role if you can help us design and create multiple layers of applications while working cross-functionally across different infrastructures. You would fit perfectly if you love problem-solving, design, and creating quality offerings.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
  • Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
  • Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
  • Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
  • Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
  • Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
  • Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
  • Documenting application changes and developing updates.
Must haves:
  • Business and Domain Understanding:
    • Ability to work closely with business, product, design, and technology leaders to understand and articulate business requirements.
    • Conduct design-thinking workshops to sense needs and mirror ideas, facilitating collaboration with senior executives.
  • Communication and Facilitation:
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills, including interaction with senior leaders and clients.
    • Present solution delivery roadmaps, build consensus, and earn trust as an expert advisor.
  • Agile and Scrum Experience:
    • Proven experience in delivering software projects using Agile (Scrum) practices or similar frameworks.
    • Run weekly sprints, track progress, perform retrospectives, and manage backlogs.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the single point of contact for customer and internal team, ensuring effective elaboration of business requirements and software delivery.
    • Build collaborative relationships with client stakeholders, mitigating risks, and maintaining positive team dynamics.
  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with Codewave team members to estimate efforts, formulate delivery roadmaps, and plan project releases.
    • Define monthly milestones, weekly sprint plans, and communicate project vision, scope, and priorities to teams.
  • Team Collaboration and Mentoring:
    • Orchestrate the design and building of digital applications/systems, inspiring and collaborating with talented delivery teams.
    • Mentor and work with other product owners, focusing on stakeholder management, solution delivery, and visioning skills.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Maintain and deepen client relationships, identify and address opportunities for Codewave.
    • Ability to capture innovations, lessons learned, and project successes to share with the Codewave community.
