Your Role
As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for immediate hire for a UI/UX Designer. We need an innovative problem solver who is highly motivated and passionate about finding solutions to complex problems. We are a team of individuals who value self-improvement, collaboration, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- We need you to think, argue, analyze, strategize, and iterate.
- Have an open mind to suggestions and criticism with a never-say-die attitude.
- Understanding of UX approaches and methodologies – research, interviews,user personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, visual designs, interactive design prototypes
- Conduct product walkthrough sessions with the team and share the necessary assets.
- Identify the level of design effort (LOE, SOW, proposals).
- Focus on finer details of design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization, etc.
- Be responsible for meeting expectations and delivering high-quality deliverables on time.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in UI and UX technologies to shape and guide future technical strategies which is suitable for the products
- Ability to manage a team and mentor fellow designers.
- Have an in-depth understanding of clients and users.
- Use strategic design thinking to solve real-world problems.
- Think about simplicity, usability, and minimalism.
Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX designing with a strong design portfolio demonstrating interactivity, accessibility, and functionality.
- Strong portfolio to demonstrate the project’s experience
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps as per Codewave standards and client needs.
- Ability to mentor fellow designers.
- Team-first attitude, solid people skills, and stellar work ethic
- Transform concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Capacity to perform tasks independently and motivate team members to take ownership of their responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently, with great attention to detail and quality delivered
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or any Visual design tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly and articulate design decisions.
