Payment Terms

This Payment Terms and Refund/Deferral/Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase of Quick Services (“Services”) provided by Codewave Technologies Pvt Ltd listed under the category “Done in a week”. By registering for or purchasing any of the Services, you (“Client”) agree to the terms of this Policy.

1 Payment Terms

1.1.The Client agrees to pay all applicable fees associated with the Services (“Fees”), along with any applicable taxes and additional charges that may accrue in relation to the Client’s purchase of Services.

1.2. Fees are payable in advance through the Razorpay payment gateway. Various payment modes are available for the Client’s convenience.

1.3. All Fees, taxes, and other charges are payable in United States Dollars (USD).

Service Initiation

2.1. Upon payment, Codewave Technologies Pvt Ltd will contact the Client within seventy-two (72) hours to schedule the initiation date for the delivery of the Services. The Client may select a start date within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase.

Refunds and Deferrals

3.1. If Codewave Technologies Pvt Ltd is unable to deliver the Services within the agreed timeframe of zero (0) to sixty (60) days from the date of purchase, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the Fees paid. The refund will be processed within 5 – 7 working days, and the Client will receive email confirmation of the transaction cancellation.

Cancellations

4.1. Once a service initiation date is confirmed and dates are blocked, all Fees become non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.2. Any requests for changes or cancellations after the dates have been blocked will incur a processing fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total Fees paid.

General Provisions

5.1. This Policy is subject to change without prior notice. The latest version of the Policy, including amendments if any will be available on our website.

5.2. Codewave Technologies Pvt Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the Client’s business information and will be signing off on a mutual NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) prior to starting the service. The Client’s proprietary data (if any) will be used solely to provide the Services, process payments, and for any other purpose to which the Client has expressly consented.

5.3.In the event of a dispute, efforts will be made for an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Codewave Technologies Pvt Ltd operates.
