Vision: Make Employee Training Fun & Effective
MaxLearn envisioned a world where employee training is engaging, effective, and memorable. Codewave designed and developed a SaaS platform to revolutionize the way employees learn and apply what they learn. The employees’ learning app was designed for playful learning, where employees could form squads, compete, and earn bounties. The app also used the principle of “Spaced Repetition” where an employee gets to revisit concepts, after a few days of learning – for improved recall.
