Job description:
Build applications that perform — and scale.
You’ll turn storyboards into high-performing products across the stack. You’ll be closest to the build, sharpest on the bottlenecks and fastest to ship something clean.

What you'll do
Translate storyboards and use cases into high-performing applications. Write clean, reusable, scalable code. Make apps responsive and fast. Hunt down bottlenecks and bugs. Contribute to optimization and automation across UI applications.
Must haves
4 to 5 years with full stack JavaScript, especially React.js and Node.js. Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts. Self-motivated, works well solo or in a self-directed team. Strong work ethic and a drive to build industry-leading products. Sharp eye for detail and quality. Comfortable building with AI-native tools (Cursor, Copilot) and AI-assisted testing/debugging.
Good to haves
MongoDB and Express.js. Modern practices like CI/CD and Git workflows. Agile and iterative development.
