Job description:
Build for scale, speed, and concurrency.
You’ll design high-performance systems that don’t buckle under load. You’ll be closest to the architecture, sharpest on concurrency and fastest to optimize what slows down.

What you'll do
Design and build robust, scalable, high-performance applications in Go. Work across teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, efficient code. Run code reviews that hold the bar. Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance. Own the full application lifecycle. Keep your systems well-documented and your stack current.
Must haves
3+ years in Go development. Proven track record building complex, high-performance apps. Strong grasp of concurrency models in Go. REST APIs, web services, and microservices architecture. Proficient in SQL and NoSQL. Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solver who works well solo and in a team. Sharp communication and attention to detail. Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) a plus.
Good to haves
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Other languages like Python or Java. Frontend exposure (JavaScript, React, Angular). Security best practices.
