Job description:
Build the models that turn AI into real outcomes.
You’ll ship machine learning and generative AI into live products. You’ll be closest to the problem, earliest to adapt and fastest in your learning.

Model development & fine-tuning · LLMs & generative AI · Voice & audio models · Production ML pipelines
What you'll do
Design, build, and deploy ML models that make it to production. Fine-tune LLMs for real text-generation tasks. Work on voice-to-text and synthesis. Build and maintain pipelines that hold up under load. Run experiments, tune, and ship — owning your modules end to end.
Must haves
1 to 2 year hands-on in AI/ML. Solid grasp of core algorithms (regression, decision trees, clustering) and TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Strong Python with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib. Basic stats and probability. Comfortable building with AI-native tools (Cursor, Copilot) and AI-assisted testing/debugging. Git. Hands-on data cleaning and visualization. Basic cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) for deployment.
Good to haves
NLP, computer vision, or deep learning. Docker & Kubernetes. SQL. CI/CD for ML. A solution architect’s instinct — seeing the whole system, not just the module. Designing for scale, cost, and failure before they bite. Choosing the right trade-offs between speed, reliability, and simplicity. Turning fuzzy business needs into clean technical architecture.
